What are the main findings?
Large hepatic mass which has bright contrast enhancement on early phase with a central scar that remains low attenuation on arterial phases and demonstrate mild enhancement on delayed phase
What is an atypical FNH?
An atypical FNH essentially refers to a lesion which lacks the central scar and central artery
A large mass is seen at the left hepatic lobe with bright contrast enhancement on arterial phase. The central scar of the lesion remains low attenuation on early phases. The scar demonstrate mild enhancement on delayed phase, but the lesion's density itself goes back to the background liver (isodense) on delayed phase.
