The findings of CT are compatible with ileoileal intussusception in a pathology proved case of small bowel lymphoma.

The appearance of intussusception is characteristic and depends on the imaging plane and where along the bowel images are obtained ^1-2: 

• target sign (also known as the doughnut sign)
• pseudokidney sign (longitudinal ultrasound appearance)

Gastrointestinal neoplasms are the most common cause of intussusception in adults¹.
