There are diffuse syndesmophyitic ankylosis that give a "bamboo spine" appearance , ossification of spinal ligaments, joints and discs and also ankylosis of sacroiliac joint on axial images.
Case Discussion
The findings in a 65 Y/O male are compatible with ankylosing spondylitis.
(The patient is also a known case of hepatocellular carcinoma.)
