Large hepatic mass with marked enhancement is seen in the right lobe. There are also several small masses with early enhancement in both lobes of the liver. On the delayed phase, washout is detectable in the lesions. Right portal vein involved with tumor thrombosis.

The findings of the CT are compatible with hypervascular hepatic neoplasm. Appropriate Histology investigation confirmed the diagnosis of multifocal hepatocellular carcinoma.
