Presentation

HIV negative man was referred for evaluation of DVT. Previous medical history was unremarkable.

Patient Data

Age: 55
Gender: Male

There are multiple purple hyperkeratotic painless nodules and plaques in the right leg. The left leg lesion was venous stasis dermatitis.

Case Discussion

The patient went on to have a biopsy.

Histopathology confirmed Non-AIDS associated Kaposi's sarcoma.
