Widespread liponecrotic calcifications in both breasts.

Case Discussion

These are archetypical liponecrotic calcifications and are seen commonly.

They cannot cause confusion. They are well defined with lucent centers and spread throughout the breasts. They tend to stay stable but don't be phased if they increase with age or (believe it or not) disappear on follow up studies.
