How can one make a more definitive diagnosis of a liver lesion?
CT-guided needle biopsy.
Give a differential for multiple hepatic lesions.
Metastatic disease, hepatic cysts, hemangiomas, adenomas, multi-focal hepatocellular cancer.
Histology demonstrates tumor cells adjacent normal liver cells.
