How is this type of fracture classified? And what type is it?
This is a Salter-Harris type I fracture - complete slip of the physis.
Where is this more classically seen?
At the proximal femur in slipped upper femoral epiphysis (SUFE).
There is a transverse fracture of the clavicle, but more impressive is the complete slip of the humeral epiphysis - a rather astonishing Salter-Harris type I injury.
