Anterior fat pad and displacement of the capitellum posteriorly indicative of a supracondylar fracture.
Case Discussion
There is displacement of the capitellum posteriorly which is seen when the anterior humeral line is drawn in. This is a supracondylar fracture. There is also a small anterior fat pad suggestive of an elbow effusion.
