CT shows a irregular collection with hypodense center and a small bubble of air in relation to the right mandible.

Case Discussion

The CT of this patient shows an odontogenic abscess secondarily affecting the submandibular space, with a group of reactive lymphadenopathy  with an hypertrophic and inflamed sub​​mandibular gland 

Odontogenic infections can spread into space neighbor anatomical space by contiguity or spread into the bloodstream to other locations.
