Right hip pain and limited movement after falling down

Patient Data

Age: 70 years old
Gender: Male

The initial X ray was interpreted as normal

Impacted fracture of the right femoral neck with associated marrow edema, minimal effusion and muscle edema of the obturator externus, pectinues and adductor muscles.
