Painless right scrotal lump

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

A right scrotal extratesticular well-defined ovoid homogeneous hypoechoic lesion is seen inferior to the right testis measuring 13 x 9 mm. No significant vascularity is seen within.

Mild bilateral scrotal fluid collections, more on the left.
