Headache, vomiting and choking

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
mri

Irregular ill defined pontine lesion eccenteric to the right side and surrounded by perifocal edema. The mass is slightly hypo in T1, hyper in T2 and FLAIR with marginal enhancement after contrast administration.

Diagnosis: High grade pontine glioma (pathologically proven)
