Gender: Male
ultrasound

A bladder diverticulum is seen at the posterior wall of the bladder.

Power Doppler sonography reveals urine movement through the diverticulum.

Case Discussion

Urinary bladder diverticula are commonly associated with a chronic outflow obstruction, such as benign prostatic hyperplasia in elderly men.
