The radiological appearance is possible for an infected second branchial cleft cyst. The presence of bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy, with some of them showing necrosis raise the possibility of metastatic cervical lymphadenopathy. The result of the US-guided needle aspiration and follow up is not available.
