Presentation

Upper back pain with lump at the corresponding area for a month.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female
mri

Lentiform soft tissue masses are identified in the bilateral subscapular region which are in close proximity with the postero-lateral portion of the costal arches just deep to the serratus anterior and latissimus dorsi muscles larger on the right side which have signal intensity of the muscles.

Findings are compatible with bilateral elastofibroma dorsi.
