What is an osteochondroma?
A benign bone tumour, usually found incidentally. They grow during skeletal development and remain for life.
What is the differential diagnosis?
Osteochondroma, bony spur or bizzare parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation (BPOP)
There is a broad based bony mass arising from the medial aspect of the proximal tibia. The findings are consistent with osteochondroma.
