There is an ovoid lesion in the posteromedial thigh. It is hypoechoic with posterior acoustic enhancement, an echogenic linear stripe centrally and a well defined margin.

The ovoid lesion demonstrated on the ultrasound is situated in the subcutaneous fat, is low-T1, high-T2 and demonstrates avid contrast enhancement.
