A rounded 4.5 x 4.5 cm poorly enhanced heterogenous mass at the pancreatic head associated with dilatation of the pancreatic duct, CBD and intra hepatic biliary radicals together with small peripancreatic lymph nodes and no distant metastasis or adjacent organ invasion.

Case Discussion

Diagnosis: Pancreatic duct adenocarcinoma T3N1M0 (histology proved).

Pancreatic duct adenocarcinoma more commonly affecting the pancreatic head and causes dilatation of CBD and pancreatic duct (double duct sign).
