Presentation

Cough and shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 60-65 years old
Gender: Female
ct

Mass in the right lung with total colapse of the lung. The mass is infiltrating the mediastinum and chest wall. Multiple tiny soft tissue parenchymal nodules are seen scattered in the left lung field suggesting metastatic deposits. Moderate left sided pleural effusion.
