A heterogeneously enhancing mass is identified in the fourth ventricle. It causes obstructive hydrocephalus and cerebellar tonsil herniation. In addition, there is a pontine mass.

Case Discussion

Patient underwent posterior craniotomy and resection of fourth ventricular mass. The histology showed pilocytic astrocytoma.
