Fall onto left arm. Left arm hematoma and reduced sensation.

Patient Data

Age: 60
Gender: Female

This CTA of left upper limb demonstrates a lobular shaped area (enhances with contrast) arising from the axillary artery consistent with the appearence of a pseudoaneurysm.

Patient went on to have an angiogram and stent insertion for the pseudoaneurysm
