Gender: Female
x-ray

There is an undisplaced fracture of the distal fibula below the level of the tibial plafond. Overlying soft tissue swelling is noted. Alignment of the ankle is normal, and the mortise remains congruent. No fracture of the distal tibia, talus or calcaneum is identified.
