Secondary CNS lymphoma (typical)

Discussion:

Confirmed secondary CNS lymphoma. 

The typical appearance in patients with normal immunity is a solitary enhancing mass. This is typically of high density on non-contrast CT (NCCT), and demonstrated restriction on DWI.
