Is there a perforation?
This is not an obvious case - there is a small locule of intraperitoneal gas adjacent to the caudate lobe of the liver.
What test could you perform to confirm the diagnosis?
Contrast swallow under fluoroscopy.
Small locule of gas is present outside the oesophageal lumen, posterolateral to the caudate lobe of the liver. No other abnormal findings.
