Injuries sustained:

• right pneumothorax
• multiple right rib fractures
• bladder rupture at the neck with extraperitoneal and possible intraperitoneal urine leak 
• large pelvic, moderate intraperitoneal and minor retroperitoneal hematoma
• right adrenal hematoma
• complex pelvis and sacral fractures
• thoracolumbar spine transverse process fractures
