This patient is hypotensive. What is the most likely cause?
Based on the trauma series radiographs pelvic bleeding should be considered the most likely cause given the displaced fractures. Other causes such as solid organ lacerations should also be considered.
Right upper and mid-zone opacity. No displaced rib fractures were identified. Right-sided pneumothorax with no mediastinal shift. Cardiomediastinal contour within normal limits.
