Multiple T2 bright white matter lesions are predominantly periventricular, aligned along perimedullary veins. On sagittal imaging the so-called 'Dawson's fingers' are evident. A lesion in the right frontal lobe demonstrates restricted diffusion and enhancement representing current activity. U-fiber involvement of the medial aspect of the right superior frontal gyrus.
