CT show depressed occipital fracture with left counter-coup subdural hematoma.
Case Discussion
This case shows an depressed skull fracture which crosses the midline. Overlying soft tissue hematoma is present, however in this case there is no associated extradural hemorrhage. Separately, there is a left frontotemporal subdural hematoma (contrecoup injury).
