Large heterogeneously enhancing mass in the apical segment of the right lower lobe, adjacent to the pleura, without transgressing the limits of the fissure. Enlarged pretracheal lymph nodes noted. Heart and great vessels of normal appearance.
The visible portion of the abdominal organs are unremarkable.
