A well-defined, ovoid, hypoechoic nodule is noted in left retroareolar region measuring 10 mm in thickness.
A well-defined, ovoid, hypoechoic nodule is noted in right retroareolar region measuring 4 mm in thickness.
No spiculation / calcification / cystic changes / dilated duct / axillary lymphadenopathy is noted on either side.
Case Discussion
Findings favor nodule type of gynecomastia bilaterally.
