Homogeneous opacification in the left upper zone is noted.
The tip of the endotracheal tube (ETT) is seen to lie in the right main stem bronchus.
The tip of the nasogastric tube is not in the stomach.
Case Discussion
This is a case of right endobronchial intubation with resultant collapse in the left upper zone.
