Presentation

Sudden onset dyspnea.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Pneumothorax noted on the left side with a partially collapsed lung

An intercostal drainage tube is noted in situ. One hole is situated outside the rib cage, indicating malposition, likely resulting in insufficient suction.
