Polymicrogyria (gross pathology)

Presentation

Mentally disabled and deafness since birth. Epilepsy.

pathology

Polymicrogyria and atrophy of the right frontal lobe (arrow). Additionally the whole right hemisphere is smaller and the olfactory nerve on the right is missing.
