loss of intercarpal, carpometacarpal and distal radio-ulnar joint spaces
ulnar deviation of MCP joints
extension deformity of DIP joints (Boutonierre deformity) and hitchhiker thumb deformity

Case Discussion
Case of rheumatoid arthritis (adult type) late stage of the hands, which is a seropositive inflammatory arthropathy with female preponderance. Rheumatoid factor was positive in this case. Other organs affected in rheumatoid arthritis are the lungs, skin, heart, and eyes.
