A fluid cleft is noted in right corpus cavernosum. A hematoma is noted on right to cleft.
Long axis shows a defect in right corpus cavernosum with overlying hematoma. Cavernous artery is noted in long axis.
Opinion: Mid-shaft of penile shows a defect in tunica albugenia of RIGHT corpus cavernosum.
Case Discussion
Findings favor penile fracture.
No surgical follow up.
