Presentation

Right hemiscrotal swelling for a few months. No trauma or fever.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Right tunica vaginalis hydrocele with an echogenic focus in dependent position. 

Normal right testis, epididymis, spermatic cord, hemiscrotal wall.

Case Discussion

Right hydrocele with a hyperechoic extra testicular focus  - a scrotal pearl (scrotolith) within. 

Normal right testis.
