Focal tonic/clonic seizure in a baby, 24 hours post a fall and hitting of head

Patient Data

Age: 3 months
Gender: Male

Localized acute subdural hematoma overlying the left frontal lobe at the vertex without underlying parenchymal contusion or skull vault fracture

Case Discussion

This is a highly unusual finding in a baby without overlying skull fracture.  Hematoma is also very localized.
