Palpable lump in right breast.

6 cm mass in the right breast.

ultrasound

Ultrasound showed a small avascular mural-based nodule within a fluid-filled cyst.

Case Discussion

Aspirated fluid was bloody. After, core biopsy of the nodule confirmed intracystic papilloma.
