Age: 70
Gender: Male

Extensive lytic destruction of the proximal metaphysis of the right fibula

Case Discussion

The patient has a known history of metastatic NSCLC. 

Distal appendicular metastases are uncommon, especially below the level of the knee or elbow. Lung cancer is one of the more common malignancies to metastasize distally.
