Prominence of central pulmonary arteries is consistent with the known history of pulmonary hypertension.
There is mild cardiomegaly. The thoracic aorta is unfolded.Contour irregularity of the right hemidiaphragm is most in keeping with eventration.The lungs appear clear. The pleural spaces are clear.
Diffuse bony sclerosis is in keeping with the history of myelofibrosis.

This patient has a known history of myelofibrosis and pulmonary hypertension.
