Axial T2 weighted images demonstrate a round solid lesion in the uncinate process of the pancreas with high signal intensity and well-defined contours.

Axial T1 weighted images demonstrate solid lesion in the uncinate process of the pancreas with low signal intensity.

On axial ADC images, the lesion demonstrates restricted diffusion.

Axial gadolinium contrast T1 weighted images demonstrate vivid enhancement.
