There is abnormal thickening and medialisation of anterior maxillae resulting in narrowing of nasal airway. The width of the nasal airway at the narrowest point measures less than 11 mm. Imaging findings are consistent with congenital pyriform aperture stenosis. Associated abnormal dentition with presence of solitary median maxillary central incisor (SMMCI) resulting in malalignment of the normal central and lateral maxillary incisors.
Neonatal MRI examination was normal (not shown). No midline brain abnormality.
