No focal consolidation. Posterior right basal opacity. Cardiomegaly without overt edema or pleural effusions. Unfolded thoracic aorta. Small hiatus hernia with an air fluid level.

Comparison with prior CT confirms the hiatus hernia and demonstrates right basal opacity is a Bochdalek hernia.
