Right humeral lytic lesion: non small cell lung cancer metastasis

Patient Data

Age: 70
Gender: Female

Lytic lesion demonstrated at the junction of the proximal and middle thirds of the humerus. It demonstrated endosteal scalloping and cortical thinning.

Soft tissue mass with associated bony destruction is noted at the posterior aspect of the right 6th rib. 

Case Discussion

The patient has a known history of non-small cell lung cancer and these abnormalities represent skeletal metastases
