Exacerbation of congestive heart failure.

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Chest X-ray AP and lateral

Opacity projects over the left mid and lower zones. Hilum overlay sign shows that this is either in the anterior or posterior mediastinum and the lateral projection confirms a posterior mediastinal mass. The case was further worked-up with contrast CT of the thorax.
