Obvious fractures involving almost all of the left ribs laterally. Transverse displaced fracture through the infraspinous portion of the left scapula. No definite hemothorax or pneumothorax. Cardiomediastinal contour is within normal limits for a supine projection.
Case Discussion
Many displaced left sided rib fractures and left scapular body fracture.
