Trauma Series

x-ray

Obvious fractures involving almost all of the left ribs laterally. Transverse displaced fracture through the infraspinous portion of the left scapula. No definite hemothorax or pneumothorax. Cardiomediastinal contour is within normal limits for a supine projection.
