The left eye appears relatively smaller than the right (microphthalmia). Presence of a retrolental soft tissue along the Cloquet canal owing to persistence of remnant of hyaloid vessels.
Case Discussion
Persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous and retinoblastoma are on the top differential of leukocoria as well as microphthalmos.
The MRI is planned to demonstrate other associated congenital anomalies.
