White dots in the black background which is seen on axial image of a thoracic vertebra. 

Case Discussion

Polka dot sign is seen due to replacement of the normal cancellous bone by thickened vertical trabeculae surrounded by fat marrow or vascular lacunae in intraosseous hemangiomas.
