Right thigh lump.

Age: 52
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Hypoechoic, minimally heterogenous lesion.

mri

In the medial compartment of the right thigh, there is a well marginated, homogeneous signal intensity mass with thin septations.

T1WI

  • homogeneous, high signal mass with similar intensity to subcutaneous fat
  • thin, low signal internal septa

STIR

  • follows signal intensity of subcutaneous fat

T1WI C+ FS

  • no signifcant enhancement
